In the name of God the compassionate, ever merciful
Namaz should be done 5 (five) times a day. Those who know what this Anonym stands for, would know that there is special reason for saying it! This may be difficult for some dear people who are used to performing it 3 times a day, but they must understand that it is my obligation to say this to you.
Namaz can be spoken in original Arabic language but the people who are not 100% familiar with the Quranic Arabic, can think of the proper and valid translation of each verse or sentence of the Namaz in their own language as they recite it. If one does not understand the Namaz as they perform it, they would be wasting their time. Consider the following:
((beginning of) Sureh An-Nisa, Verse #43):
“O you who believe! do not go near prayer when you are Intoxicated until you know (well) what you say, …”
Clearly this verse is not just about intoxication, but it indicates that one MUST know what it is that they are saying to God when praying. Intoxication is one reason why people will not know what they say, but not knowing the language would clearly be another good reason!
Thank you for reading this.
