Why do you ban people?
Is it because people attack each other?
Then ban both parties!
There are always two or more sides to every fight!
Unless, you consider yourself a judge and have a large amount of resources to investigate whose fault it was and who instigated whom, you won’t be able to ascertain the culprits!
So, you will end up banning one side and not the other!
Please don’t apply preferential treatment!
Please be consistent!
