As a Canadian I suggest to Mr. Kaveh Shahrooz, newly elected B.O.D. of Iranian Canadian congress ,who is a lawyer working for Barricks to shed light on the serious accusations on the violation of Human rights for Miners and the population surrounding the Mines in Africa and other part of world.
Then He can help to improve the violation of Human Rights in Iran .

Peter Basedow, a board member with Science for Peace at the University of Toronto, attended the shareholders meeting with a single share but failed to obtain an apology for his allegations that Barrick committed human rights violations.
“We need an apology for the abuses. People just want to live in peace, grow food and send their kids to school. When will they acknowledge the suffering and abuse?” Basedow said.
Charles Stade, who travelled from Tanzania to join Occupy Toronto, was denied access to the meeting after trying to gain entry with a share in another person’s name.
Stade wanted to ask about the people who live downstream from the North Mara Gold mine in Tanzania. He said they died from drinking contaminated water.
“I have travelled all this way for nothing,” Stade said.
Barrick Gold CEO Aaron Regent wouldn’t comment on the Occupy Toronto protest.
“If someone has a stock they are welcome to be here and ask questions,” Regent said.
