I found a letter with numbers and detail about the Unjust in the USA

 To whom it may concern My name is Ali  j  Tehrani  and I am a college instructor and can teach eight languages and other subjects. I was over 30 year teacher in Germany, Iran and USA in college and high schools.  I had trouble in Iran, because my mother was Bahai and the system send me out of the work. I was university instructor there. My Moslem friend and Bahai family misused my situation and took advantages and robbed me.  I came here fifteen years ago and started to work again. I was teacher in Oviedo High School for German and Latin and instructor at the Seminole Community college for Arabic, German and politic.  The students wanted to learn more and they came to my house, in the sub division, the subdivision manager told me that I cannot have classes in my house it is against the law. They told me if I buy a house in the County  in agricultural zoning, I can get a boarding school occupational license and I can perform my activities legally and continue to help the students.

I bought my house in Oviedo for $ 138,000 and I put about $70,000  down payment  I bought two houses and Orange County zoning department gave me occupational license for both of them. It , the name of my company Iranian South American Language and Boarding School  was working in both places as a non beneficial company and I helped a lot of young men and girls, provided them a nice place to live and help them with the language problem. Generally I have to be help by government or churches, but I did not have any help. In opposite after three years, the County cancelled my license, because they told me, they did a mistake and they should not given the license to me at all. I told them, you make a mistake and I will lose all my capital and the work I performed in the boarding school; I put all my money and energy in this business, and now I will lose everything that I worked for it for fourty years,  they told me I can sue them. They told me I can rent the houses to the regular people. Those people robbed my house, did not pay and in the time I went to the court to send them out, they destroyed the house. And after the paperwork was done, which took months, so the police came here and they already gone and let a damaged house back for me. Four times it happened and police is not able to act seriously.  The insurance company just paid for one week a company to dry the carpets, but they did not pay the damages. With other words they robbed me, too.    . Because the people did not pay me and I have a lot of checks which cannot be cashed, and they took even drywalls, doors, all other materials and furniture in the house  I came to a hardship situation. The bank does not understand that the price of the houses is lower and a lot of houses had been foreclosed and that effect on my rent also. Because the people who buy foreclosed houses or short sell houses they rent it much cheaper and I cannot compete with them. 

And the bank does not understand this fact. They want the same price and the same rate. The rate is lower and is about 2% and they want 9.5 or 6.5 %  I had a boarding school in which the students could live, work in the farm and study. But because the price of the building came low all my line of credits were frozen. I planted myself over 1000 citrus trees and fruit trees, but as I had no money to pay for the farm activities so most of the trees were died. So in this case, the people did not pay me what they owed me, they took all my materials and they damaged the houses. I have to pay all the repair and all the damages by myself. And as I told before, a lot of houses are short sell and or foreclose so it make hard for me to compete with the price.  I bought the first house 138,000 dollars and I spent more than $40,000 for its improvement , I paid 70,000 dollars cash as a down payment and I paid also for 11 years mortgage taxes and insurance on time. Which is about $110,000 so I spent total for that house $290,000 dollar and the short sell price is 125,000 to 150,000 so with other words all my money will be given to the third person who buys the house in short sell and the bank is not willing to bring the payment to the current price and rate.  I bought the boarding school building $350,000  and spend about $300,000 to change it to the boarding school and in five years I paid the taxes and insurance about $135,000 for mortgage tax and insurance so I paid together for the house 785,000 dollars and the short sell price is  175, 000 to 200,000 and with other words I will lose all my capital that I gathered after 40 years hard work  again the person who buys the house on the short sell market will all my capital., the address is 12420 Lehman Road, Orlando, Fl 32825   The other house 13305 Lacebark Pine Road, Fl 32832 I bought it $510,000 and again I paid for its improvement about  350,000 dollars and I paid to the bank  $160,000 for mortgage taxes and insurance and the short sell price is 300,000 dollars. I change the house to a boarding school I planted a lot of trees and put irrigation, light , fence and gate plus a lot of other equipments in the boarding , it can work as school and farm very well, but the rent does not cover the costs. I put more than 300,000 of my saving in the business plus five years of my work. Now the bank by short sell does not get enough money, why they do not let me with the same current price the houses with me and an attorney told me if I pay her ab front three thousand dollars she can get my license back. The houses can work as a farm or school much better than a rental house.

That is not fair that I should lose all my time and all my capital for the mistake of Orange County zoning dept. If they did not give me the permission, I would stay as a college or high school teacher and I did not have so many problems. The people would not rob me, the insurance company would not cheat me, and County Wide would not make so much money on me. In the time that I bought the houses my payment for mortgage was about 2500 dollars per month for both houses, but they brought it up to 6000 dollars also more than double. I would like to consider a fair modification for my business and for my residence.  I am 55 years old and I worked over fourty years, I can teach 8 languages and have a lot of experiences, but who will hire me now? The mistake of Orange County had destroyed my life. I have robbed from many sides and how can I survive if I am ignored and must pay for the other people mistake and robbing?  Is it just?  Is it fair?      Yours Ali J Tehrani
