The human rights lawyer Mohammad Mostafaei who for publicizing the stoning case of Mrs. Sakineh Mohamadi Ashtiani had to flee the persecution of IRR, the Islamist Rapist Republic has taken refuge in Turkey.
Mr. Mostafaei used to take up cases of juvenile offenders convicted of a capital offence committed while under the age of 18, represented numerous cases of political prisoners in IRR “courts” and had been able to save the lives of some men and women facing stoning.
Now in exile waiting for UNHCR to resettle him, he is facing a daunting dilemma.
Pending his return, the Islamist Rapists in Iran have taken his wife hostage holding her ever since 24 July in the infamous Evin torture/rape/murder complex.
