Although the covenant of God requires that he doesn’t leave the people without any guidance and will send messangers at intervals to guide the humanity towrads a better life ; every religion has has tried to come up with something in their scripture to interpret it as making them the only true religion and rejecting the ones after them . In Judaism they refer to the fact that none of their laws can be changed and they are the chosen poeple. In Christianity they believe that Jesus is the God incarnate and the heaven and earth shall pass away but His words will not pass away. In Islam they believe Muhammad is the last prophet and Quran the last book. For the benefit of our Muslim Iranian friends , I would like to focus on the topic of prophet Muhammad being the last prophet and Quran being the final book. I would start by sharing some materials and can continue the thread as it develops. Please bear in mind that this is a personal one on one debate and its aim is to investigate the matter and not get tangled in emotions and close mindedness.
