Sephia finally gave up on me, she gave up on this cruel world. We were together for five years, not very long according to some standards, but for us that was all the years we had. She was good to me most of all those years, but at the beginning she had a rough start. She was too demanding, it was too expensive to bring her in line, too many break-ups, but in the last couple of years she didn’t give me any troubles, she didn’t have any major issues, the rest of the way till she fell apart there was hardly any major problems.
I know a lot of people didn’t like her, heck I even know some people made fun of her, behind my back or dared to do it in front of me. Some people went as far as calling her ugly, yes ugly. They even laughed at her, but I didn’t care what they said, I didn’t care if they ridiculed her, or me. She was loyal to me. She knew her strength and her weaknesses, and she did her due diligence to take care of me when I needed her the most, when I was broke and penniless, she helped me all she could. When I was recovering from my divorce and in dire financial trouble she didn’t abandon me. She served me well and that’s what I loved her for the most. She didn’t care what I had, she cared about my potential. She was ugly but loyal, or maybe she was loyal because she was so ugly. I don’t know and I don’t care. All I want to remember is how good she was to me. All the trips we took together without a complain, even when I pushed her too hard she didn’t complain. In this world of ours this kind of loyalty is hard to find anymore.
She is gone now and there is nothing I could do about it, there is nothing I could do to bring her back anymore. I have moved on. I have a new love in my life now. Her name is Cube. I know it’s a strange name but the name befits her. She is roomy, I mean inside of her is so wide open. Once I get inside of her it’s like heaven. And another thing, she is also ugly, she is so ugly that it makes her beautiful. She turns heads. I see some people look at her with awe, some people even have come over and expressed their complement.

Footnote:
1996 Kia Sephia, the picture is not of my car but you get the picture. Her clutch burned up in a mountainous road. I decided to haul her ass to a junk yard, hopefully some other people will use her body parts. I know she would’ve like that. She still had a good engin, transmission, and a good battery.
2009 Nissan Cube, I love her so far.
