How did Hedayat describe the clergy in Iran? “Akhoond-ha-ye koon-liss” (arse licking pests).
I can’t read the banner, anyone care to try?
The caption says his address to the Assembly but this looks to me like his swearing-in ceremony in the parliament (24th Azar 1304 or 15th December 1925).
