Alireza Meybodi presented this idea on his TV show today – from the LA Persian community. At the first glance – I realy liked it. The idea is a “Freedom Drive” from LA to Washington DC – with an estimated 5000 cars leaving California and 10,000 arriving in Washington. What do you guys think ? Can you imagine 10,000 or maybe even many more cars all arriving at the white house in the same hour? Note that Interstate 10 (I-10) stretches from LA all the way to Florida and then via I-95 all the way to DC.
What do you think? I think Iranians can turn this into something historic – since it also offers a fun/trip factor.
