8) CEOs of top 10 banks in the U.S.
9) CEO of top 10 investment banks on wall street
Less than 50 people, through their actions, have F’d several billion. They must pay for their crimes. There are others in the U.K. and elsewhere who have done their share. Please feel free to add to the list.
