‘Song of Sparrows’ by Iranian Director Majid Majidi was nominated for the US Golden Globe award for the Best Foreign Language Film among 53 foreign competitors. MAjidi’s film which will represent Iran at the 81st Academy Awards (OSCARS), is set to be distributed by Regent Releasing in the US and hit the country’s screens this spring.
