French Pop Star Joe Dassin was the son of American French film director Jules Dassin (Topkapi). He had a huge following In Iran amongst the Francophile Iranians who attended French Speaking Community Schools In Iran and even gave a Private concert for the Crown Prince Reza’s 17th Birthday in 1977.
