PARSA foundation has announced their big winners. Among the four big winners:
- PARSA CF Awards a $300,000 Grant to IAAB for Long-Term Growth
- PARSA CF Awards Two Major Grants to Iran Heritage Foundation
- PARSA CF Awards Major Grants to Civic Engagement Organizations
- PARSA CF Awards $250,000 to the Iranian Genome Project at Stanford
Interesting PARSA Organization gives 50% of its funds to a British non-profit organization, Iran Heritage Foundation, which does the same thing as PARSA except in England. This raises a lot of questions about the policy and practices of PARSA….are they afraid of funding American based projects? Weren’t any of American projects submitted to PARSA of any merit? Why trust the crooked British to select fundable projects?

Is there some kind of unethical pressure from Chicago’s Persepolis Foundation Director that has tainted the distribution?

As a donor, I am upset about PARSA doling out money to a British non-profit. The Organization appears to be suspect and may need to be investigated.
