Israeli Government Admits Iran Was Telling the Truth – Will there be litigation?

“JERUSALEM –  Despite saber-rattling from Jerusalem, Israeli officials now agree with the U.S. assessment that Tehran has not yet decided on the actual construction of a nuclear bomb, according to senior Israeli government and defense figures.”

What this means, is that all of the demonization of Iran in relation to the nuclear issue was unwarranted by Israel and the United States; Iran should sue the U.S. and Israel (if only for symbolic reasons), but especially in relation to the economic blockade intended to harm ordinary people; and that despite the fact that Israel admits that ‘Iran has not decided to build a nuclear bomb,’ it seems that they want to take actions to provoke Iran and Iranians into ramping-up military defense activities.

I would hope that if any individual Iranians are harmed in the their private lives by everything Israel has done up to this point, that they initiate retain counsel and initiate lawsuits in each local where Israeli assets may be found.  The story is fresh.

Remember: The premise is that, “According to senior Israeli government and defense figures … Tehran has not yet decided on the actual construction of a nuclear bomb.”

You can’t go around imposing collective punishment on a people, for something that their government has not done, or even “decided” to do.
