What's that foreign sperm doing in your vagina?

Looking for Ansar Hizbollah's website, I stumbled upon ansar.org which belongs to some Sunni Muslim faction that doesn't like Iran's brand of Islam. They have quoted the passage below from a book of do's and don'ts by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei -- to show how Iran's supreme leader "manipulates" Muslims. Laa ee laa ha ee laa laa laa. Laa.
