Giant kiss

Children play as the new dark chocolate Hershey's kiss is unveiled
in New York with a 6,750 pound confection July 31, 2003. The new
treat comes at an opportune time as researchers found that eating
dark chocolate -- but not milk chocolate -- raises levels of antioxidant
in the blood, which could help protect against heart disease. In
an article appearing in the journal 'Nature', researchers in Rome
said that blood analysis one-hour after dark chocolate was eaten
showed a significant rise in antioxidant levels. In contrast, not
much change in antioxidant levels was seen after eating of milk
chocolate or dark chocolate with milk. Photo by Hershey/Reuters
