Talk about bad luck... 
Elecia Battle holds open her
purse Monday, Jan. 5, 2004 in Cleveland. Battle told police she
dropped the purse and lost the winning $162-million Mega Millions
ticket as she left the Quick Shop Food Mart in South Euclid, Ohio.
The lottery said last week that the winning ticket was sold at
