Democracy billboard 
This billboard design is the subject of a lawsuit filed Monday,
July 12, 2004, by the antiwar group Project Billboard, a Berkeley,
Calif.-based group that funds billboards to promote discussion
of war, the environment and other issues. The design was rejected
by Clear Channel Communications for use on a hotel facade in New
York's Times Square. Project Billboard's lawsuit, filed in Manhattan
federal court, charges Clear Channel with breach of contract. (AP
