Majboori eghraagh koni?

Iran daily newspaper reports:
-- Reza Kahouli has developed a method to stimulate clouds to create rain in 15 minutes
-- Some 300 journalisrs have lined up to interview him when he goes to London this week
-- 18 universities in the U.S. and Europe have offered him scholarships and citizenship, "including all amenities"
