Nimitz Trail
Javaneh and I joined our friend Lida for a walk in Tilden Park in
nearby Berkeley (northern California), Saturday. It was a perfect
spring day; soft sunshine, blue skies and green all around. We
walked
for about two and a half hours -- serious workout for
all three of us, especially me. (In fact Siamack
Salari and I are
competing again to see who loses more weight by July 15th). I'm
glad I brought
