The shadows

Shadows of hidden shapes,
Unlike the colors
We know in our
Eyes,
Dwelling
In the layers of many
Minds.

They survive
On the resources of
Others,
Pay no taxes and
Commit crimes in
Guise.

Smoothly, moving
Everywhere in
Our lives,
Autonomously,
In the streets,
Day and night.

Stealing the souls of
Innocents,
With fashionable means,
Keeping them happy only
With the shadow of their
Rights.

The story is not new to some.
It has its trace in history's path,
Like a myth we remember that,
We should honor and never forget
Those who educated us and sacrificed their
Lives.

The shadows of hidden shapes,
Like rats,
Dwelling
In the walls of
Our rooms
Easily have poisoned the space of our
Times.

Their targets:
Our free will
We ought to
Save,

Our freedom
We must
Preserve.

Expand the scope of our
Vision,
Observe their manipulation,
Make our decision
Beyond their deceptive
Games.
Or
Doom to bind ourselves to their just
Fragile names.
