March 25, 1999 (AP) - Wheat and soybean futures rose sharply Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade amid hopes the Clinton administration will approve exports to Iran, Libya and North Korea. On other markets, energy and coffee futures also advanced strongly. Grain and soybeans jumped in late trading on talk that the Clinton administration once again is considering at least granting a one-time exemption to a ban on agricultural exports to countries that have been accused of sponsoring terrorism ...
