* Oil prices fall to lowest in five months

LONDON, April 7 (Reuters) - World oil prices slumped to their lowest in five months on Friday as extra crude supplies and growing U.S. fuel stockpiles weighed on sentiment. * USDA could promote sales to sanctioned countries

WASHINGTON, April 6 (Reuters) - The Agriculture Department could issue funds to promote U.S. food and agricultural sales in countries, such as Iran and Cuba, which are currently subject to U.S. sanctions, a top official said on Thursday. `There's no real ban on that now,'' Tim Galvin, administrator of the Foreign Agricultural Service, told reporters after a speech to a cattle industry group.>>> FULL TEXT

* Oil price rise pushed Iran '99 exports to EU

April 5, DUBAI -(Dow Jones)- Higher oil prices helped Iran restore its trade surplus with the European Union last year, with exports increasing 26%, according to figures obtained by the official Islamic Republic News Agency from Eurostat. * Iran says open for U.S. wheat at right price

CANBERRA, April 4 (Reuters) - Iranian Agriculture Minister Issa Kalantari said on Tuesday his country was open to buying U.S. wheat after Washington eased trade sanctions with Tehran. TEHRAN, April 3 (AFP) - Iran said Monday that the US decision to partially lift its economic embargo of Iran was "completely insufficient" as the oil embargo remained intact.
