by capt_ayhab on Mon Feb 09, 2009 01:46 PM PSTI do agree with both of you gentlemen, My concern is though, time and time it has been proven that Israeli politicians will do anything and everything in order to get elected.
I bring to your attention Gaza tragedy, of which the bloods of innocent is still fresh.
It is a proven fact that that aggression against Gaza had to main objectives:
1. To bring a blow before GW Bush leaving the office.
2. For the administration to show they are as aggressive and Netanyahu. which basically election campaign between Likud and Kadima .
FYI:
[Perhaps the most pressing question about a Netanyahu victory is over the question of Iran. Netanyahu has taken a hard-line stance on Iran and is more likely than the ruling Kadima Party to act against Iran’s nuclear facilities. With Obama becoming President, Netanyahu and many Israelis may feel that the United States would not act until it is too late. With the prospect of Iranian nuclear arms, Israel may have no choice but to launch raids. Raids would be much more difficult than the Osirak raid, but a more hawkish leader, like Netanyahu, may still execute them.]

by capt_ayhab on Mon Feb 09, 2009 11:58 AM PSTFeast your eyes at this. This is what I answered to some of the ladies and gentlemen in the blog.
//iranian.com/main/blog/capt-ayhab/call-me-ir...
Just in case you two ladies haven't noticed, bullying , demonizing,
covert operations, coups, and PRESSURE has not worked in past eight
years.
so as long as there are mentalities like you ladies, which instead
of sitting and talking to people, and coming up with solution, crises
like these only produce result like Iraq.
And for anyone doubting the fact which Israel in fact had and has ambitions in striking Iran take a look at this [porfavor]:
[Israel asked US for green light to bomb nuclear sites in Iran US
president told Israeli prime minister he would not back attack on Iran,
senior European diplomatic sources tell Guardian]
//www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/sep/25/iran.i...
[By Bernard Avishai and Reza Aslan
The Bush administration seems less and less likely to launch a
parting strike on Iran's nuclear installations -- but Israel isn't
sounding nearly so tranquil. The talk from Jerusalem will almost
certainly grow
more strident as the competition to replace the country's
scandal-plagued prime minister, Ehud Olmert, intensifies. Former
Israeli defense minister Shaul Mofaz is running hard against the less
hawkish Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni to succeed Olmert as leader of the
governing Kadima Party; he recently told Israel's dominant daily
newspaper, Yediot Ahronot, that an attack on Iran was "unavoidable."
And Binyamin Netanyahu, the right-wing opposition leader who might well
beat either Livni or
Mofaz in a general election, is also likely to think seriously about a preventive Israeli raid.]
//www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/artic...
Seems like Israeli politicians will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to get ellected. Including but not limited tragedies like Gaza.

LOL Parisa - Madoff might have saved IRI!
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Mon Feb 09, 2009 11:16 AM PSTThis Madoff thing is just too funny. He stole from that freaking yeshiva. I mean damn. Talk about skills to pay the bills.
Where do you find these bed bugs?
by magasKosh (not verified) on Mon Feb 09, 2009 10:36 AM PSTWho are “The Jews in New York”? Who are “The Money Men”? This is crazy talk and concocted simplistic bogyman explanation for dumb masses, propagated by shock jocks and conspiracy theorist. Reality is a very small percentage of Jews have money, and a very small percentage of money belongs to Jews. The Jews are a constituency with a very diverse wants. Also, the money is a constituency with a very diverse wants. If there is any overlap between the two wants it certainly has more to do with an external common threat than anything else.
IRI is an irrational religious fundamentalist dictatorship and irreconcilable with the western liberal democratic values. Democracy is not about a one day election of a tyrannical dictatorship. IRI government, like that of North Korea can barely provide for its people. At the same time, it has ambitions of exporting its backwards fundamentalist bankrupt culture and revolution worldwide. It is actively exporting terrorism and its culture of martyrdom seeking beyond its boards. It is plundering untold amounts of its people’s resources on developing nuclear weapons technology disguised as nuclear power generation technology, and long range missile technology disguised as satellite delivery technology.
No one is against people of Iran, Lebanon, or Gaza. But, IRI government, Hezbollah, and Hamas are irrational religious fundamentalist governments and are not to be trusted with nuclear weapons of mass destruction and its associated delivery mechanisms.
No one is pushing for war. But if all else fails, and preemptive surgical military action is the only option; then one has to let the generals do what they know how to do. By the way the moral code of conduct for a commander fighting against an asymmetric martyrdom seeking enemy is to achieve his goals, while first minimizing casualties to his soldiers, and then minimizing collateral damage.
Its impossible
by Alborzi (not verified) on Mon Feb 09, 2009 09:59 AM PSTA war against Iran is impossible, Iran has achieved
a point that a war against it is not practical. It can only be done if Israel and US go nuclear against Iran and try to wipe out the country. This will leave them unacceptably open to retaliation. Maybe Dubaya was stupid enough not to notice the balance. Now the only people who seriously talk of this are like tri-lateral commission and generally people who are into conspiracy, there is no viable way to attack Iran and unless one party blinks there will be no change/

To California jew
by Benyamin on Mon Feb 09, 2009 06:15 AM PSTYou arenot a Jew! Whatever you are, you are first and formost a ZIONIST and whatever else that follows...........lol As if being a jew automatically ligitimizes being pro-Israel! As if being a jew means NO COMPASSION for human lives! as if being a jew means ONLY JEWS ARE ALLOWED TO KILL and NOone is allowed to retaliate!!!As if being a jew means torture and accusations and so far and so forth. But NO, being a jew means being a jew. That is it. It is being a ZIONIST that makes every sense when it comes to Israel.
I don`t believe that Jews are born to kill but I do believe Zionists are!!!
I don`t believe Jews are inhumane, but Zionists are.
I don`t believe Israel is controled by JEWS but I do believe it is controled by ZIONISTS!!!
A third war in the current economy?!!
by farrad02 on Mon Feb 09, 2009 06:00 AM PSTSupposing that President Obama is actually powerless and dumb enough to go along with these pressures, how is the US government going to possibly fight a third war with a country the size of Iran, along with all the other ramifications and regional threats that it will surely bring with it (Hezbollah in Lebanon, Iraqi Shiites, etc)?!

It is stupid to attack iran
by Benyamin on Sun Feb 08, 2009 10:38 PM PSTIsrael would committ suicide if it attacks Iran. for many reasons, But one of them is an open invitation for Iranian booths suddenly appear in Israel!!! that is right, I said it it first. The possibilty of Iranian army to land SOMEHOW in Israel is very high once Iran been attacked, and such actions will follow the retalitory attacks by NATO against Iran which in turn countries that seem friendly to west suddenly turn against west and the show their true colors.
Whoever talks or thinks about attcking Iran is just simply INSANE.
I have a question, what all these counties(mostly the USA and Israel) would do, if one or both attacke Iran thinking Iran does not have Atomoc bomb? But in fact Iran may have atomic bomb, what then? I have heard the only way to distroy Iranian atomic sties is use of atomic bomb, if true then it will be the third war hands down.
I think the USA will take the next PM of Israel down, that is right, they will kill him and stage it as if Hezbollah took revenge on israel, but the reality is it would be CIA that will do it.
good by "BIBI"
Thank you Eric Alterman!! It's true.
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Sun Feb 08, 2009 10:10 PM PSTYou can't have a rational discussion about this "war" if you are automatically anti-semite. That's the point! No talk chit chat before war = quick smooth happy kill. Iraq was was fun! More please.

Typical behavior
by wtf (not verified) on Sun Feb 08, 2009 09:04 PM PSTYou need to put on your bullshit filters before listening to Jews speak. They typically accuse others of what they are doing themselves.
They say that Iran is an existential threat to Israel and yet everyday, there is a new article haaretz.com quoting a mainstream Israeli politician advocating attacking and obliterating Iran.
They say that they were a victim of ethnic cleansing, and yet, they are carrying out an ethnic cleansing in Gaza right now.
American Jews
by shirazie (not verified) on Sun Feb 08, 2009 06:49 PM PSTrecent Poll in Israel showed 75% of Israeli Jews want two states and peace with neighbors.
80% of American Jews are against two state solution.
