Media + Islam + Ignorance = Baha'i homes in flames

This crisis began with a television program, named al-Haqiqah [The Truth], which aired on Egypt's Dream-2 channel on March 28th.  A mob went to the homes of the Baha'is in the village of Showraniyah, and began by shouting insults at the Baha'is, who were in their homes at the time, and chanted "No God but Allah" and "Baha'is are enemies of Allah," and began throwing bricks and rocks at five homes.

Some of these Baha'is were able to contact the police and reported the attack. The police then intervened and provided protective custody for the Baha'is.  On March 31st, another inflammatory article (see link below) appeared which stirred the emotions of the masses by calling for the killing of Baha'is, and also praised the villagers for their attacks on the Baha'is.

That same day, when night fell, a mob attacked the homes of the Baha'is in Showraniyah (see video), threw homemade Molotov cocktail bottles and fire bombs at the homes.

They vandalized the homes and looted their property. Baha'i families and their children were desperate for a place to hide and some were able to escape the fire and hide in alley corners in the dark.

In order to spread the fire, the mob cut-off the water supply to the homes and blocked access to the village so that fire trucks would be delayed in their response.  At last, the police intervened again and this time arrested six villagers from the mob, and took the Baha'i families into protective custody again.

The Baha'i families with their children and babies were sumggled out of the village in the early dawn, Wednesday morning-only with their clothes on their backs to several undisclosed distant locations in Egypt.

Six Egyptian Human Rights Organizations in support of the Baha'is have met with Egypt's Attorney General and filed formal complaints against the author of the article and the mob in the village of Showraniyah.

The media in Egypt and international news agencies have provided extensived coverage of this most recent act of violence against the Bahai's of Egypt.

While we as the bloggers and commentators on this site engage in informative discussions, destructive accusations, and theological pronouncements, we need to occassionally be reminded that we do so from the safety of a keyboard and monitor.

The plans are now set into motion for a more wide-scale assault on the Baha'is in Iran and we can be assured the coverage will be shrowded in layers of conspiracy and espionage theories intended to mask the true nature of these attacks.

It is only then that the people of Iran will seal their fate by either arising to denounce these barbaric acts or remain silent.  With a firm belief in Divine Justice, I not only grieve for the plight of the Baha'is in Iran but also that of the Iranian people.  The Germans paid a heavy price for the attrocities that the Nazis committed, and Iranians will not be exempt from the consequences of their inaction in the face of this now not-so-secret pogrom against the Baha'is.

Ignorance will not serve as a defence for any exemption from the toll that will be exacted on the Iranian nation, and one that we all desparately wish to avoid.

@Reza41: Unfortunately because Baha'is are not allowed to have any institutions in Egypt there are no Official Figures.

Your question at the end of your comment says it all; that you actually think that there is legitimate reason for the treatment of any human being in this way.  Then you not so cleverly avoid the fact that it is Islamic countries like Egypt and Iran that persecute the Baha'is not everywhere. Nice try!

It is this type of thinking amongst the ignorant masses that forms the basis for the quagmire that the world faces with the Islamic world.

Now to get you started on your journey of seeking the truth, let me give you a hint.

HINT: The order in which these religions appeared and a Moslem's belief that Islam is the last religion ! 

(Judaism-> Christianity-> Islam-> Babi-> Bahai)

I have done my part, now it is up to you to get past the stage of curiousity and learn something about Islamic dogma, fanaticism, and terrorism on its behalf, as it sucks out life from its burgeoning masses, and hollows out the very foundation on which once stood a great civilization. The Islamic world's last gasps are exemplified in these despotic acts.

You have analyzed the situation simply and clearly.  Thank you !

The conclusion, however, for Baha'is is clearly different and their stance is peaceful and respectful and they understand the magnitude of the sacrifice that they have to make because the result is already abundantely clear.

These sacrifices are not for nothing.  In a world filled with suspicion, corruption and self-interest they stand firmly and in unity to demonstrate the power of transformation in people's lives.

The mullah's of Iran are with their own hands dealing a death blow to Islam as the exodus from Islam to other Faiths or atheism increases in Iran.  A great many Iranians sympathize with the Baha'is and many have accepted the Faith in secret out of fear of harsh retribution (ie. death) from the authorities.

Ignorance amongst the impoverished masses is on the decline and soon even they will turn away and join others. As they do, the mosques will thin out.  Those that remain will do so for economic benefits in a decrepid society that claims itself as a model of Islamic governance and jurisprudence.  What a disaster !

The Baha'is need not do anything, and they have not.  The disintegration of Iran's Islamic society is occuring from within.  More than anything Islam is now a religion of convenience.  If you are Moslem you have a chance to survive in Iran and if you are not you will have a tougher time.  In the case of the Baha'is, your life and property is at risk and yet the Baha'is continue to serve this land that is considered as sacred.

Your sentiments on religion is also noted and understandable as your knowledge of the mullahs and their schemes is complete and could not possbily lead you to a different conclusion than yours.

Finally I will share with you an uplifting chant that is reassuring of our future and common humanity.

What do expect from Mullahs? You Bahaies with your religion are ruining the Mullah kassebee(Islamic Shia) by saying that Emameh Zaman was the Bob who came some years ago to save the World. And that is the reason that Mullahs show no mercy to you. Mullahs brought the Mehdi from Iraq to Jam kran and they will keep it there for ever just in order to run their dirty business. My advice to you Bahaie: never start a War with Mullahs using an idiology or religion because you wont win such a War. They are much better than you in fooling people with religious trash!

١- شما به عنوان یک فرد بهایی باید به این اعتقاد باشید که افراد در راس امور شما انتخاب توده بهاییانند ولی هیچ تا بحال سوال کردید که چرا دوره  ٤ یا ٨ سال و مثل سایر حکومتهای دمکراسی محدود نیست و مادام العمر می توانند انتخاب شوند?حال این به کنار, به شما القا کردند که این افراد منتخب, در تایید جمال مبارک قرار گرفته اند که انتخاب شده اند , حال در آینده چه کسی جرات میکند به این شخصکه مورد تایید بهالله از آن بالا قرار گرفته و تنها کاندیدای این انتخابات است به او رای ندهند ? پس بنا بر این  میشود که ملاحظه می فرمایید , یک عضو ٤٠ تا ٥٠ سال سمت را حفظ کند و تنها استعفا و یا باز نشستگی و یا به ملکوت ابها  باید بپیوندد که او را از مقام پایین می آورد پس این سوار شدن خر مراد است و نه انتخابات  ( جلل الخالق این بشر چه کارها نمیکند)؟ افرادی مانند صدام حسین و قذافی هم خود را تابع سیستم جمهوری می دانستند و می دانند و تعداد آرا هم ١٠٠ % به نفع خود اعلام میکنند و شاهد بودیم این اوباش در انتخابات آزاد هم همیشه برنده اعلام میشوند چون تنها خودشان کاندید هستند و ایشان هم خودشان را سایه خدا (تعوذ بالله) میدانند
٢- سرکردگانی که بنده از آنها نام می برم همان کسانی هستند که زیرکانه این ساختاری کذایی را برای شما درست کردند و تا به امروز شما از وجودشان بی خبرید. شما را در بطن اعتقادادتان به این معتقد کردند که اینها مقدس ترین افراد روی زمینند و شما باید از ایشان بدون چون و چرا تقلید و تبعیت کنید تبعیت از ایشان تبعیت از خداست  در نظر شما جوری القا کردند که این افراد از طرف جمال مبارک شما هدایت میشوند(شرک) و از اشتباه  مصون هستند . از یک طرف داییه تحری حقیقت و آزادی بیان دارند و از طرف دیگر سوال از این افراد برای اوامرشان نه  غیر از این "ترد اصغر و اکبر " خفتشان را میگیرد.  اگردر عمل این چنین نیست بفرمایید که بنده مدارک را آماده کنم. تشکر

Suffice it to say that The Baha'i Faith is most wide-spread Faith after Christianity in just over 165 years, and embraces people from all Faiths, nationalities and traditions.  It enjoys recognition amongsts civil societies and has been a source of counsel to world organizations and leaders on pressing issues of our times.

Consider getting beyond the numbers.

خوشبختانه، نیت شما از همان دو خط سوال اولتان آشکار بود. شما هنوز خیلی‌ مانده که به فن تحری حقیقت پی ببرید.  اصولا این فن با مرام "تقلید" در اسلام وقف ندارد و گناه شما نیست که با آن مشکل دارید. برای نظام اسلام هم بأعث دردسر میشود.  اگر همین یک صدم در صدی هم که به نماز جمعه میروند برای خودشان فکر میکردند آن مکتب هم درش تخته میشد و آن وقت ملاّ‌های شما که نان و آبشان از شعار دادن در می‌‌آید هم باید میرفتند روی اینترنت و رقیب شما میشدند!  

همانطوری که در متن جوابم برایتان نوشتم، شما به پاس وظیفه دینی خود به این نوع ناروایی بایستی‌ ادامه دهید.  اگر شما الان در پشت رایانه نبودید حتما به همان صورتی‌ که هم کیشانتان عمل میکنند عمل میکردید.  در این شکی نیست چون آنها هم از ابزار در دسترس استفاده میکنند.  برای مثال تخریب قبرستان بهائیان قائمشهر.  جای شما خالی‌ که همکاری کنید.

 

لازم به یاد آوری مجدد است که کسی‌ از شما دعوت نکرده که از زیر سلطه "ولایت فقیه" بیرون بیایید.  در همان جا میتوانید مشغول به جمع آوری شاگرد برای مدارس قم و نجف بشوید.  امیدوارم که در این امر موفق باشید چون اسلام هنوز، پس از ۱۴۰۰ سال، محتاج به این مکاتب علمی‌ و حال عملی‌ چریکی دارد.

 

نگرانی‌ شما هم قابل درک است، چون پیام رسول‌الله از دیدگاه اکثریت مردم جهان اسلام و دنیا به صورتی چرکین شده که آینده آن به مخاطره افتاده.  با نمودار‌هایی که در مصر و ایران مشاهده میشود کار شما سنگین‌تر شده و احتیاج به کمک دارید.  روزی نیست که خبر ننگبار‌تر از دیروز شما را مشغول نکند.

امیدوارم که شما هم در این اقدام از تنهایی در آیید، چون ترمیم نمودار اسلام بیش از کار یکی‌ دو نفر است.

جناب البرز گرامی
بنده هم انسانی هستم مانند شما, تنها فرق میان من و شما بنده ملحدم به خدای شما؛ بنده جز خدای یگانه و حق تعالی عبدیت به هیچ معبودی ندارم, اگر برای شما واقعیت و حقیقت نسبیست (که هست)برای بنده واقعیت و حقیقت مطلق است. در راه واقعیت و حقیقت قدم برداشتن خود یک عبادت است ؛ حال این واقعیت میخواهد به مزاج ما خوش آید و یا نه آن را میتوان گفت نسبیست؛ بنده تا کنون اعتراضهای امثال شما که با ماسکهای دیگر و نامهای دیگر ظاهر می شوید و هر نو بی احترامی شخصی (مجازدر این سابت) را برای خود مشروع دانسته و نثار  منتقدان امثال بنده  کرده اید را  خوانده ام و لب بر نیاوردم , چرا که بنده خود معطرف به عیبهایم در نزد خداوند متعال هستم پس جای جوابگویی نمی ماند و خواهشم از شما این است که مرا از این مرحمت خود محروم نفرمایید ؛ مسلما در مورد بی احترامی به مقدسات اینطور نخواهد بود و باز هم  غیر از تذکر  وظیفه و گفتن حق بر گردن حلقه دیگری نیست؛
پس بنا بر مروری که شد بنده و شما باید خود را موظف  و متعهد به حق و واقعیت بدانیم ؛ و ؛" سر خم آوردن برای حق در این عالم چه صد بهتر از سر افکنگی در آن عالم است؛" متاسفانه پیروان عقیده بهایی در جستجوی حقیقت خود را ملزم میدانند(و یا شده اند) که آثار بهایی را تنها منبع رسیدن به واقعیت و حقیقت بدانند؛ هر چند که حتی در رسیدن به نصوصات" قابل فهم هم باید هفت خان رستم را طی کنند و در انتها معدود کسانی موفق به دسترسی به این آثار شوند و" بقیه از روی ناچاری تخته سیاهی در دست  و ذن خود را واقع دانسته و ترسیمی بر این تخته انگاشته ؛حال اگر  کسی پیدا شودآنها را خوانده باشد تذکری دهد که آن نیست و این است حمله به حساب آید و با تعلیمات و اشارات بت العدل العظمی یا ترد شود و یا خفه؛ عزیزان این که نشد تحری ؛این  را  ما دیکتاتوری  مینامیم, مثلا جناب عالی در پاسخ به سوال بنده تعداد معتقدین به بهایی را به طور تقریبی فرمودید ٢٠٠٠ نفر و اگر تعریفی را برای تقریب بیاوریم میشود نزدیک یعنی اگر ٢٠٠٠ نفر نیستند ١٠٠ الی ٢٠٠ نفر یا بیشترند یا کمترند (حال نمیگوییم ١٠الی ٢٠ نفر) و باز هم از نظر بنده قابل قبول است. اما اگر این تعداد  به اختلاف ١٠ برابر تغییر یابد, آن زمان غربی که به واقعیت نیافته ایم بلکه دور هم شده ایم  و خود این تاثیر به سزایی در نشانه گیری و به هدف زدن ایجاد میکند و این انصاف نیست که شخص کوری  تمام اعتماد خود را به ما بسپرد و ما در زمان رسیدن به مانعی و چاله ای و نزدیکی این موانع را گونه ای ارایه دهیم که فرد نابینا یا کوتاه بپرد و یا بلند ؛ همانطور که خود شما مطلع هستید که مصر برای عقیده بهایی نسبت به جمعیت 81,713,520 نفریش یک جمعیتی نزدیک به صفر دارد که بنا به گزارش نماینده بهاییان(خانم بیگلو) به نمایندگان و کمیته حقوق بشر سنای آمربکا از تعداد تنها ٥٠٠ نفری این گروه در سال ٢٠٠٧ خبر داد و  حال خود میدانید عقیده بهایی در این کشور اسلامی غریب به چهل سال از حق سایر ادیان(رسمیت) برخوردار بود و و هیچ قتل و غارتی هم نشدند و تعداد این است(ایکاش ایران هم از مصر الگو بر می داشت) ؛ جناب البرز (و بقیه احبای بها ) بنده را هر گونه میخواهید متهم سازید ولی به ناحق گویی نمیتوانید متهم سازید چرا که خودتان در این سایت فراوان ظالمانه ناحق گویهایی در مورد اسلام و دیگر ادیان کرده اید( که در اصل در شان عقیده بهایی بیشتر می گنجد تا که به ادیان الهی نسبت داده شود ) که اینشاالله مانند برادر گرامی جناب ربانی از این به بعد اگر مطمن نیستید از نوشته تان و خدایی نخواسته سمت و سوی توهین به ایمه و اطهار (ع) دارد آن ها را از ارشیوتان حذف کنید(چه که ضبط شده ولی بدون اجازه ایشان هویدا نخواهد شد) چرا که زمان انتهامات بی اساس نسبت به حق تعالی و ادیان الهی از روی غرض و مریضی به سر آمده  ؛ و اگر نه اینشاالله بنده با این مطالعات بسیار اندک خود سعی می کنم تذکرات لازم را گوش زد کنم و باز تاکید میکنم اتهامات بی اساس به ادیان الهی ولی اشکالی نیست به بنده هرچه میتوانید نسبت دهید آزادید . بنده خود نیز با شما همگامم بنده خود نیز با شما همگامم  بنده از همین جا باز از هموطنان مسلمانم  و مسولین مملکت تمنا دارم با بهاییان در هر نقطه دنیا با کمال انصاف و مهربانی رفتار کنند چرا که آن نه تقاضای این حقیر باشد درخواست قرآن کریم و جهاد اکبر است . وسلام    متشکر تا سخنی دیگر
