What I remember was that Chili Pom was sang by Ebi and Shahram together. It was mainly a Shahram song and he sang the bulk of it. Ebi was just singing 'Chili Pom Pom Pom'... It was commercially very successful but I think Ebi hated it... and I don't blame him!

I had the 45 rpm single record of Forooghi. It was Namaaz. And the cover also was a very hot steamy erotic scene, an outtake of a movie I suppose. The man was an Iranian actor. I don't remember who. But the woman was clearly a European or American. Even then, no Iranian woman would have posed for a nude picture like THAT!

I think that the composer sold the song to both of them. Ramesh sang it first, but she had to back off because of the word Namaz.

I so much loved that song when I was young. When I saw the video of Shahyar Ghanbary singing the original version, I loved it even more!

But they have removed it from youtube. Can you find it again? I'll be very grateful to you.

PS_ I really don't like Shahyar Ghanbari at all, but I love most of his poems! Paradox?
