Here is a short video showing accessing Iranian.com in Iran using a dial up connection. They are internet companies in Iran that supposedly offer high speed connection but realistically it is only 128-150 kbps compare to 3000-6000 kbps in US.

Most of the time I had luck accessing filtered sites through AOL, sometimes it works great and other times it just would not do anything. As you know most of the popular sites are filtered even some of the banking sites, so AOL account will come handy. One site that surprised me for being blocked was PayPal, It was filtered through PayPal not through Iran, it said that b/c of international sanction we are not able to allow you transfer money lol. BTW just going to www.aol.com will not work, you have to have the AOL program installed on your PC.

Question:

The site was blocked in Iran,how did he(you) connect to the site?through AOL?! can you explain please,since it is good to know & let friends & relatives in Iran know how to access the site.

Thanks Bahram. I had never seen what people have to go through to see stuff on the internet. iranian.com has been blocked since the last Iranian presidential elections. Whatever... enghad block konan taa jooneshoon daraad!

It's called " Dive Tanhaee" , I will copy part of the lyric here to remind you. I  am desperately looking for this song in s CD, no way
