What is essential is the light, not only for the eyes, but also the HEART.

Insomnia + Thinking about Human Rights + re-reading "The Little Prince"  makes for an  unusual creative thoughts.

Azadeh Azad.....

Thank you as I do enjoy your posts( yes I was reading the post on Art therapy-fascinating!)

As I mentioned in my response to Anonymouse, that is the great thing about imagination ( and in therapy ;) that the viewer can see what he/she wants to see despite the fact that the intention may have been something else alltogether! Art is open to interpretation, always.

I appreciate your support. I will be definitely reading more on your blog about Art therapy!

Excellent work

by Azadeh Azad on

I love all your works, Kaveh Jaan. Thank you.

And a side-note: although you did nnot intend it, the light from the bulbed hands of the subject has illuminated the angular tunnnel in such a way that one sees a Marijuana leaf shinig like a sun, as Mouse put it. An accidental delight, for sure :-)

Cheers,

Azadeh

Ps. I just noticed that while I was writing this comment here (on Dec.6, 2010,) you were busy writing yours on my Art Thertapy blog :-)

Ari, I am glad.....

by KavehAhangarAdel on

that it provoked more questions.  Dali and Magritte were and will always be masters of imagination.  I am humbled. I hope each one of us finds questions and answers in any piece that we see, afterall we all are capable of using our imagination.  Thank you for the comment, as always.

Ari Siletz

Image so full of stories.

by Ari Siletz on

The human figure is blind, but his hands are light itself. And so many eyes busy seeing the light that he is blind to. Why is his body emerging from the walls of the tunnel? This image works the imagination as much as Dali or Magritte.
