Why do you have to be a mouth piece for the losers all the time? First it was Majd and now Dabashi.  And why is it that even our ultra leftist academics like Dabashi should give in to romantic fantasies?  If what is happening in Iran, is a civil rights movement, then I suppose its leader must be Mir Hossien Mousavie, himself one of the prominent supporters and a pillar of the abuse of civil and human rights!!

Mr Dabashi, you give academics a bad name. You are a classic example of an out of touch academic. The plight of Iranians is far more fundamental that a civil rights movement. If you haven't got this yet, then please reconnet with Iran and Iranians.
