Because that was the only Spanish equivalent I could find to the Persian/Arabic vocative "ya" (O). Is there another word in Spanish?

Every year we have Australia as one of our lessons. I was given opals which are not so exciting to  me. So, I added Aborigines culture  to my section of the hallway.

It was a big hit! Thank you for the links. I look forward to learn more on the subject. Perhaps this year my display will get even better.

Depicts Uluru (or Ayers Rock). Since the documentary is fully copyrighted all versions from Youtube and Google Video were taken down.
