Today, glancing through the ususal blogs on this site, ranging from how evil the jews are as a race, to the best methodes of executing islamist regime leadership after the regime change, I came across this blog. A quick glance at the photographs of the lovelies quickly convinced me that there is no chance of I agreeing with the bloger on the meaning of the term "beauty", let alone have a discussion about the blog subject. Hence I decided to do my own.
I believe that my beloved homeland is full of Beautiful women. Where should I start? But this particular woman, sadly imprisoned by the islamist regime, I find particularly beautiful. Here I am not talking about her physical beauty. I am talking about the beauty her courage, patriotism, dedication to her profession, her quietly dignified defiance in the face of her evil Islamist thugs of jailers and tormentors.....
Whilst on the topic of "women",I believe that Nasrin and her like personify the true struggle of our sisters back home for social and gender equality. As such she represents the true, active face of Iranian women's feminism. The feminism which will be one day instrumental in breaking the back of the islamist fascism of any shape and form, from cairo to islam abad.
here, read more about Mrs nasrin Sotoudeh, my vote for the most beautiful Iranian woman of the day.

well dear G.Rahmanian, what can I say but..
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Tue Mar 27, 2012 08:58 PM PDTthat the same aghazadehs who were trying to "flush" you the other night, have taken exception to my comments about Islamic regime. But listen, this is all some internet fun we are having with this crowd. The real heroes, are people just like this lady, nasrin who satnd up with amazing bravery to the Islamist Lumpens and thugs. The lumpen and thugs who are ruling our land with extreme and increasing fear, who post their cyber goons on internet sites to attack, cause division and friction. But in practice, only manage to provide us with light entertainment :)
Oon Yaroo aziz; who knows, but from what I learnt on this site, I judge our cyber friends only by what they say, not what they claim to be or what political grouping they support or claim to support.

Roozbeh Gilani, You've Been Exposed!
by G. Rahmanian on Tue Mar 27, 2012 04:29 PM PDTWe know you better than you think. You are the talk of the town, boy! You can't hide behind a nice blog about a woman and pretend to be a gentleman.
Aren't you an Iranian man? Aren't all and I mean all Iranian men chauvinistic, wife-beating, good-for-nothing lumpens?
Iranian men cannot deny it because I know some women who have "spent time" with all Iranian men and they know the truth.
Don't tell me you are different. Look at the guys you're associating with. They're all a bunch of depraved male-chauvinistic pigs who only write horrible things about women.
There's a rumor you beat up and abuse all your girlfriends, too.
Bu I AM different simply because I am attacking you and "others!"
Thank you amirparviz and soosan khanoom

by Masoud Kazemzadeh on Mon Mar 26, 2012 09:03 PM PDTDear Roozbeh,
Thank you for an excellent blog. Ms. Nasreen Sotoudeh is truly the best humanity can produce. She makes us, as Iranians, proud.
Best,
Masoud
Thank you friends
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Mon Mar 26, 2012 08:43 PM PDTThank you for your great comments.
BTW, I did not mean to knock the other blog in any way, just expressing my own way of defining beauty. Otherwise the ladies in the other blog have the perfect right to dress the way they wish and express themselves the way they do.
Glad to see that you folks agree with me on this, although beween us we might disagree very strongly on other issues. To me, this means that there are some core values we all believe in and respect: Human dignity, Human rights and democracy. That is a very good foundation for building unity of purpose whilst remaining politicaly diverse....
Let us also not forget that Mrs sotoudeh is but one of thousands of other female political prisoners languishing in islamic regimes known and unknown jails. They are all just as beautiful as her...
"Personal business must yield to collective interest."
Indeed, she is the most beautiful woman.
by Siavash300 on Mon Mar 26, 2012 08:41 PM PDTWe all admire this lovely lady who is truely beautiful. We are waiting for her to be free. Hopefully this year we will finish these Islamic bastards and free our beloved country from Islamic parasites.
Best to Nasrin Sotoudeh, a woman with a lion heart.
Thank you

Thank you Roozbeh
by Faramarz on Mon Mar 26, 2012 07:38 PM PDTIranian women are definitely in the forefront of the battle with the Regime.
What I don't understand is how one can talk about negotiating with this Regime and include the human rights of Iranians in that conversation when one of the key reasons for the Regime's existence is Hejab and depriving women of their basic rights.
Excellent Roozbeh Jaan
by Anonymous Observer on Tue Mar 27, 2012 12:53 PM PDTThis is the beauty that I'm talking about. Nasreen's courage is more beautiful than a thousand nose jobs, breast jobs, male pectoral muscle enhancements, hair implants, etc.
Great blog. Nice job.
Amen. Thank you for writing

Ms Sotoudeh has my vote too
by Sean-K on Mon Mar 26, 2012 06:40 PM PDTs a beautiful woman with beautiful soul. I don't think a blog about women like her should be link to the other blog you talk about Mr Gilani. That one is about 'dolls' (includeing somereally vahshatnak dolls) and Nasrin Sotoudeh and women of this class are true humans. If we need the link to see this then we are really in trouble.
Most beautiful indeed!
by Mehrban on Mon Mar 26, 2012 06:46 PM PDTIt is my understanding that she refused to see her children when the prison personnel tried to force her to wear a chador (as opposed to just a scarf) during visitation hours. Saying a- it is not required by LAW and b-I do not want my children to see me defeated. That takes an exceptional strength of character for a mother to withstand.
Thanks Roozbeh for this blog.
As I expressed my thoughts…
by Bavafa on Mon Mar 26, 2012 06:33 PM PDTRegarding physical beauty in the other blog that is subjective and to each his own.
But there is another type of beauty that is anything but subjective and we see a great example of it here (picture above)
For me and I suspect for most conscientious Iranians, she beholds a true [inner] beauty unseen for long. She has my outmost admiration, respect and gratitude.

by divaneh on Mon Mar 26, 2012 05:31 PM PDTI see nothing but beauty in that photo. Iranian men have to admit that women have been the true leaders of this struggle and I mean it. Look at how many organisations and campaigns they formed and their level of participation. Also look at the evil side and see what is their share in that side.
I also saw the other blog and decided not to make a comment, didn't think it deserved it.
