جنبش راه سبز (جرس): ابراهیم یزدی، دبیر کل نهضت آزادی بازداشت شد.

به گزارش خبرنگار جرس، ماموران امنیتی ساعت سه بامداد ، دکتر ابراهیم
یزدی رادر منزل این فعال سیاسی بازداشت کرده و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل
کرده اند.
دکتر یزدی روز دوشنبه به اتفاق اعضای دفتر سیاسی نهضت آزادی ایران احضار شده بود اما به دفتر پی گیری وزارت اطلاعات نرفت.

خبرهای تکمیلی متعاقبا ارسال خواهد شد.

دسترسی به اینترنت به شدت محدود شد

راه سبز (جرس): از عصر روز عاشورا دسترسی به اینترنت در نقاط مختلف
كشورمان به شدت محدود شد و دسترسی به سرویس های ایمیل و مسنجر قطع شده است.

همزمان با حوادث روز عاشورا در تهران از ساعت 19 عصر یكشنبه دسترسی به
اینترنت به شدت محدود و حتی شبكه اینترنت موبایل نیز مختل شده است.

سرعت اینترنت در شبكه "ای دی اس ال" وایرلس به پایین ترین حد ممكن رسیده و
دسترسی به سرویس ایمیل یاهو و جیمیل كاملا قطع شده و امكان برقراری ارتباط
با یاهو مسنجر و گوگل تاك فراهم نیست.

سایت آینده گزارش داده است که برخی سایت های اینترنتی نیز از صبح امروز
قابل مشاهده نبوده و گفته می شود مسیر DNS اینترنتی آنها تغییر داده شده
است.

محدود كردن دسترسی به اینترنت در حوادث پس از انتخابات متداول شد كه این
اقدام موجب تحریك كاربران اینترنتی برای دست یافتن به منابع خبری خارجی و
ماهواره ای می شود.

راه سبز (جرس): جمعی از ایرانیان ساکن واشنگتن عصر دیروز (عاشورا) در
اعتراض به اعمال خشونت علیه مردم عزادار ایران، به صورت خودجوش به سمت
دفتر حافظ منافع
ایران در واشنگتن راهپیمایی کرده و در مقابل این دفتر تجمع کردند.

به گزارش خبرنگار جرس، تجمع کنندگان با سر دادن شعارهایی در مخالفت با
اعمال خشونت علیه مردم خواهان توقف خشونت و آتش گشودن به روی مردم شدند.

پلیس در منطقه حاضر و امنیت مراسم را تامین کرده بود

تجمع کنندگان سپس برای شرکت در مراسم بزرگداشت آیت الله العظمی منتظری که
در دانشگاه جورج تاوان برگزار می شد به سمت این دانشگاه حرکت کردند.

مراسم هفتمین روز رحلت آیت الله منتظری با حضور جمع کثیری از ایرانیان در
دانشگاه جورج تاون و با سخنرانی دکتر عبدالکریم سروش، طاهر احمد زاده و
علی افشاری برگزار شد.

نا آرامی های تهران در روز عاشورا یکشنبه شب ادامه یافت

گزارش هاى رسيده از تهران حاكى است كه نا آرامى هاى روز عاشورا يكشنبه شب نيز ادامه يافت و معترضان با رفتن به پشت بام خانه ها فريادهاى «الله اكبر»، «مرگ بر ديكتاتور» و «موسوى، موسوى، تسليت» سر دادند. همچنين برخى گزارش ها از زد و خورد مخالفان با لباس شخصى ها در بلوار مير داماد و اطراف صدا و سيما حكايت دارد.
بر اساس گزارش شاهدان عينى، معترضان در خيابان هاى مركزى و شمال شهر تهران فرياد «الله اكبر» و «ياحجت ابن الحسن ريشه ظلم رو بكن» را سر دادند.
سایت «نوروز»، وابسته به جبهه مشارکت ایران اسلامی، نيز اعلام كرده است كه مردم تهران همچنين با شعار «ميرحسين ميرحسين تسليت تسليت» با اين رهبر مخالفان در ايران ابراز همدردى كردند.
در تيراندازى نيروهاى امنيتى به سوى معترضان در روز عاشورا، سيد على حبيبى موسوى خامنه، خواهر زاده آقاى موسوى، به ضرب گلوله كشته شد.

محسن مخملباف  نحوه شهادت خواهر زاده میرحسین موسوی در درگیری های امروز
تهران را  شرح داد

سید علی موسوی حبیبی از چندین روز قبل تلفنی بارها تهدید به قتل
شده است. خانواده او از این تهدیدها با خبر بوده اند و برایش ابراز نگرانی
می کرده اند.
امروز "عاشورا" یک پاترول جلوی در خانه آن ها ابتدا چندین نفر را جلوی چشم
سید علی موسوی زیر می گیرد، بعد از درون پاترول 5 نفر از نیروهای امنتی
پیاده می شوند و یکی از آن ها از نزدیک ترین فاصله با کلت به سینه سید علی
موسوی شلیک می کند طوری که گلوله از پشت او خارج می شود. بعد آن 5 نفر با
پاترول سراسیمه می گریزند. برادر زن سید علی او را به بیمارستان می رساند
اما قبل از آن که سید علی موسوی به بیمارستان برسد به شهادت نائل می شود؛

امشب نیروهای امنتی به بیمارستان رفته اند و گفته اند جسد سید علی موسوی
را با خود به پزشکی قانونی کهریزک می بریم و خانواده شهید را تهدید کرده
اند که حق برگزاری مراسم را ندارند. (احتمال آن وجود دارد که شبانه پیکر
او را مخفیانه به خاک بسپارند تا مانع از مراسم تدفین او شوند.)؛

سید علی موسوی 43 سال داشته است و پدر 2 فرزند است. او صاحب یک دختر 17
ساله و یک پسر 7 ساله است. ابراهیم موسوی برادر او پیش از این در جنگ شهید
شده است. خانواده شهید موسوی معتقدند این یک ترور از قبل طراحی شده است
برای فشار آوردن به مهندس میرحسین موسوی و فامیل او؛

از آنجا که حکومت پیکر شهدای عاشورا را برای جلوگیری از مراسم تدفین ربوده
است، مردم ایران در هر کجا مراسم بزرگداشت شهدای ربوده شده عاشورای امسال
را در خیابان ها برگزار خواهند کرد. در همان محورهای عاشورا.

Alas for the regime, a central difference is that, unlike Israel, the regime can hardly cut down much of the violence by building walls around sources of opposition since they are everywhere in the country.

بازنشسته دانشکده علوم دانشگاه تهران وعضو هیات اجرایی شورای ملی صلح (
برادر مرحوم آیت الله حاج مهدی ربانی املشی ، دادستان کل کشور در زمان آیت
الله خمینی) امروز یک شنبه عاشورا در ساعت 13:30 در تقاطع خیابان های
استاد نجات الهی و طالقانی در حالی که به سمت خانه می رفت توسط افراد
بسیجی بازداشت و به محل نامعلومی منتقل شد.

NY Times say Mousavi was assassinated, unlike other victims

He was run over by an SUV.  Six of Khamenei's thugs got out.  One shot him in the heart at point blank range.  As is standard practice in Khamenei's immoral regime, the goons seized Mousavi's body and warned the family against holding memorial service.

Again, this on a day dedicated to martyrs and fighting oppressive rulers.  As the Times notes, not even the Shah dared kill people on Ashura.  So who is more immoral?

This regime knows no bounds on how low it can go.

Recall the attack on Mousavi's car a day earlier by Khamenei goons on motorcycles.  The regime's new tactic may be a return to assassination squads such as those that killed hundreds of journalists, civil rights spokesmen and reform politicians between 1988 and 1998.  One such victim (March 17, 1995) was Khoumenei's own younger son, a fierce Khamenei critic.

یورش خودروی نظامی به مردم معترض و قتل دو شهروند

Like the Neda video, this will haunt the regime--one of several new martyrs on Martyrs Day.   Khamenei and his security forces have scheduled 7 more days of rage.

The regime loses either way.  It can "ban" memorial services only to be ignored and emphasize its anti-Islamic nature or it can allow them and face crowds in the millions across the country.  

What irony!  First Khamenei steals the election away from Mousavi.  Then he has his thugs shoot the guy through the heart on Martyr's Day.   That's gotta alienate and enrage thousands more.

Opposition calls general strike for Monday?

Update | 2:19 p.m. The Iranian blogger Mojtaba Samienejad writes on Twitter that the opposition is calling for a “general strike starting Monday morning.”

Observation: A prolonged general strike was the final blow in bringing down the Shah.  It succeeded after he alienated enough people nationwide.  It's darn hard to counter with clubs, tear gas and chains, isn't it?  Go, baby, go!

Update | 4:44 p.m. According to the opposition Web site Jaras, martial law has been declared in the Iranian city of Najafabad, the home town of the late Grand Ayatollah Ali Hossein Montazari, the dissident cleric whose death one week ago led to huge opposition demonstrations. 

 (Question: How about the other cities and where will the regime find enough troops to enforce it?)

Hospital treats 60 wounded, 17 with gunshots as regime thugs watch

Update | 2:49 p.m. My colleague Nazila Fathi has spoken with a doctor working at Najmieh hospital on  Jomhouri street in central Tehran, close to the site of violent clashes on Sunday. The doctor said that the hospital has have treated more than 60 people who were seriously injured and performed 17 operations on people with gunshot wounds. Three of the patients are in critical condition. The doctor also said that members of the security forces have filled the hospital.

State TV finally confesses to one murder: Mousavi's nephew

According to a report from Reuters in Tehran, state television has confirmed the death of Ali Moussavi, the 35-year-old nephew of Mir Hussein Moussavi, an opposition leader and former prime minister. Reuters reports that state television said “unknown assailants” killed Ali Moussavi.  (Looks like 7 more days of mourning or Martyrs Day martyrs.  Will the Basilj be able to handle it, especially as the people begin to counterarm in self defense?)

 Dubai correspondent "disappears"

Update | 1:34 p.m. An Iranian source who works with foreign media organizations in Tehran writes to tell The Lede that a correspondent for Dubai TV, Reza al-Basha, has reportedly been missing since Sunday morning. The last call he made to his wife “indicated that he was stuck at intersection of Valiasr and Enghelab,” in the center of the city, surrounded by members of Iran’s security forces.
