The Ancient Beauty in the Tablet of Habib from Maragha, which begins with "H B hear the call of God from the direction of the throne by the protective signs/verses (bi-ayati muhayyimin)..etc." they [i.e. Husayn 'Ali Nuri] enunciate the command (mi-farmayand) [i.e. state],

By God, the Truth, whomsoever criticizes it [i.e. Baha'ism], [which
is] possessed of the manifest, the brilliant, the high and the
perspicuous excellence, it behoveth him to ask his mother [yanbaghi
lahu bi-an yas'al min ummihi] about his origins [or 'state',
i.e.'hal', meaning he should inquire his mother about his legitimate
conception – trans.], for he shall return to the nethermost hell
[asfal al-jahim]"…

am totally shock and ashamed of such blogs containing obvious hate speech about other religeons such as bahais. All you have to do is click on this individuals name (the author of this blog) and see his previous blogs/ comments, and they are mostly hate material towards bahais. I wonder what his real problem is that he spends time creating hate mateiral mocking this peaceful religeon. He is the type of person that gives Isalm a bad reputation and he should be ashamed of himself. Perhaps find something better to do than spend his time displaying offensive and racist behaviour. The same goes for User COVENANT. I have come to look for news on this excellent site and found material such as this ... it is a disgrace.

I am specifically interested in (1) ‘the owner never daring…’ and, (2) ‘something equally anti Baha’i’:

On (1) – So far as you know, have the Baha’is ever issued a death warrant on anyone, or killed anyone for drawing cartoons, or burned down bookstores and movie theatres for exhibiting offensive materials, etc.?  Why would the owner of the site be supposedly afraid of them and not dare to publish materials against them?  If *JJ* is not afraid of others, he’s certainly not afraid of us.

On (2) – Let’s say some people want to express opinions about when White Europeans came to America and stole Indians’ lands or enslaved Blacks; are you suggesting that they must also express similar opinions (‘something equal’), real or manufactured, about Blacks and Indians to have credibility?  Indians did not go to Europe to commit genocide and Blacks did not enslave Whites.  So, there’s nothing equal to be brought up.

If you are personally aware of any misdeeds or atrocities committed in the name of, and endorsed by, the Baha’i faith (anytime or anywhere in the world), I would like to read about it.  Preferably, on your own blog - be it featured, or not.

Islam and its leaders in Iran

There is not a legal case against saying this as the so called islamic regime has stained the name of islam throgh murder, rape and torture. People are entitled to dislike it. Just in the same way that people are entitled to dislike a convicted rapists purely based on his actions. 

This threat of legal action I suspect is the feeble attempt at intimidation of the site owner by a religious nutjob calling himself Zulfaqar- A sword used by a maniac to murder innocents in the name of religion. Very much the precursor of Osama Bin Laden I put it to you. Hence by chosing such blantant aggressive username the authour can be argued to be in support of religious terrorism and I am sure incitement to terrorism is against the law, although I suspect the the author may get off lightly by reason of insanity, as his writing with a rabid anti bahai slant is somewhat indistinguishable from the character Nour who by concesus was clearly mentally deranged. I suspect as this persons writing unrevels it will become unmistakenably clear that this is the same character with a different username.

I enjoyed also reading the gentleman Q contribution, unflinching supporter of Khomeini and the touture house he founded in Iran. I will however not judge him too harshly as evidently he has redeeming features susch as being and erotic essayist, something that personally I like to see more of from him on this forum.Unfortunately it seems that he reserves this for only a select few rather than the general readership.   

I don't agree with this approach

as tempting as it is, the general "Islam bashing" without inciting violence needs no lawsuits (although there is plenty of incitement to violence too, and people have gone to jail for lesser things.)

I am fully for protecting individuals who are target of such attacks specifically, the threat and/or financial damage to their livlihood and reputation is easily demonstrable in most professions.

But as for "general" Islamophobic bigotry which as you correctly cited, there is a lot of in his site, I would rather have it exist in the same category of white-supremacist and white-power and homophobic websites.
