As I said the Kurds will occupy the Northern mountains as the map shows. Rhat is the counter balance to the Arabs to the South. Both are Sunnis but thr Kurds are Iranian people. They will prevent any mad Shiites trying to cross into Lebanon, just as the Arab Sunnis will stop them from flying across Iraq and Syrian deserts. At the moment the Ayatollah freight a lot of ammunition to Lebanon bases.

I think it's easier than that for the mullahs to escape. In the event of a losing war, they have assetts abroad they can tap into, and can easily leave the country.

As far as the Kurds, they may try to secede from Iran if it ever grew weak enough.
