ReportThe Arab Spring may have a good effect on Iran, especially if it falls to fundamentalists (which it seems to be doing) and takes the mantle of Islamic extremism off of Iran and helps secular nationalism grow as a reaction. But what about the Kurds? Nothing in your article mentions the Kurds other than them being children of Cyrus. How will they save Iran?

ReportAs I said the Kurds will occupy the Northern mountains as the map shows. Rhat is the counter balance to the Arabs to the South. Both are Sunnis but thr Kurds are Iranian people. They will prevent any mad Shiites trying to cross into Lebanon, just as the Arab Sunnis will stop them from flying across Iraq and Syrian deserts. At the moment the Ayatollah freight a lot of ammunition to Lebanon bases.

ReportI think it's easier than that for the mullahs to escape. In the event of a losing war, they have assetts abroad they can tap into, and can easily leave the country.
As far as the Kurds, they may try to secede from Iran if it ever grew weak enough.

ReportI was not talking about escape. I was talking about supply routes to Lebanon and Palestinians. At the moment the Chinese are giving rockets to IRGC. Morsi allows them to put them through the tunnels and then Hamas drops them on Israel. Hillary stopped that and got a bump in the head for it. In the North you have the Lebanese dropping missiles flown across from Ayatollah bases via Iraqi and Syrian air space. These are the operations that need to be stopped. The Ayatollahs are selling half of Iran's oil to Chinese and in return the Chinese are giving them weapons. War in the area helps to keep oil prices up. So there is a lot to lose if the Ayatollahs go. There is no peace dividend as it were.
The Kurds have oil and will become an independant state they have secured the Med from Syria. Kurdistan will be the Switzerland of the Middle East. It will have citizens in all the neighbouring countries and a UN status for itself.
