Iran Is a Police State

Balatarin

No if's and but's about it.  I was reading some material on the definition of what a police state is, and make a long story short, Iran under the IR meets all the criteria.  The simplest, and most succinct definition can be looked up in a dictionary, like this one:

a political unit characterized by repressive governmental control of political, economic, and social life usually by an arbitrary exercise of power by police and especially secret police in place of regular operation of administrative and judicial organs of the government according to publicly known legal procedures”

From here.  If this doesn’t define Iran under the rule of the IR for the past 34 years, I don’t know what does.  From controlling how one dresses to arbitrary arrests and executions, it’s all there: a genuine police state.  I wish I had time to elaborate more, but I can’t.  Work beckons.  Someone has to put vegan food on the table.  Please share your thoughts…politely, or else you will be deleted and blocked.

It is indeed. A combination of police + bazari class state but we all know that. the only people who do not know or refuse to know or refuse to admit it are the usual useful liberal idiots in U.S an Europe. (movie stars, writers, university professors, etc, etc)
