some one needs to update this moron, that if a person commits a crime, the country in which the crime(s) were perpetrated would independently prosecute these people. They would never reach Iran anyways for Iran to reissues them an exit visa! in the case of those had committed a crime, aka the killer of Bakhtiar,. you guys made a hero out of him. So what i am saying is if you want to pick and choose who to prosecute based on who they have murdered, then this is a double edged sword.
