ReportThat is the only thing Islamic republic is looking for. The goal of the negotiations from Khamenie et al standpoint is not to end the nuclear standoff or reconciliation with the US. The short tactical goal is only to REDUCE the sanction NOT to lift them because they know there would be no concession given by Khamenie in the long term. This is another tactic to play for time to figure out a way to go around the sanctions. Please read this below:
