ReportThe big difference between Turkey and Iran is also work ethics and habits. In Turkey they built everything with coal and sweat. In Iran we've always relied on Oil money and goofed. New work ethics and work habits are not learned over night!

Report15 years is enough time for Khamenei to reconsolidate the power he has lost and pick an heir that is strong enough to continue his policies... this is why the issue is so hot right now. Plus, 15 years is a minimum, Khamenei is still young by ayatollah standards.
