ReportLove the quote, and you know I would take power point over carving a phrase into a stone. I think power point is pretty damn good - and actually sequenced and animated properly can explain complicated shit very well --- better than what we had before it. I am old enough to remember the days when power point did not exist.

1- Blackboard and chalkboard ( when I was at school )
2- Overhead and marker ( when I was at college )
3- Powerpoints and laser pointers ( at work/ now )
4- iMovie ... / ( at home / now ) .... well .. I like iMovie presentations

Not only "Absurdistan" is a great novel, but once you think about it, we're all in a global "Absurdistan," we're just so used to it, it doesn't get noticed. The cosmic post cards feel so Hallmark, it's beyond expression. Used to see a lot of that with Deadhead folks. You're not going Jamaican? Are you? Cheers
