ReportOh, there are many who have committed first degree murder and they haven't been executed. If IRI wanted to execute every single one of them there would be hangings every other day. Yes it is about individuals rights. But the victim's rights should come first, then the public rights and then the criminal.
What has got Iran up in chart is the execution of political prisoners not criminals. On top of that many runaways who have had no political issues but they come out and lie to get residency somewhere.

IRI use whatever suits them and their self interest, but sometimes their self interest may be also in public interest. I am not going to deny what is right because of many other wrongs they do. That is not getting even, that is getting stupid. At least that is what I think. Like those who support war and sanctions.

However framing political prisoners as drug dealers is what a corrupt and criminal system would be able to do. The religous authorities are the lowest and in fact supporters of the filthiest and most extreme values of iranian society and despite not being able to produce good citizens, they produce much disease, superstition, backwardness, injustice, enslavement and poverty, this is at the very heart of why the USA loves the IRI and will not ever attack them but is doing all in its power to secure them, the usa's interests are of greatest harm for iranians and a world that misses out on the generosity that iranians would have delivered had they not been so badly betrayed and harmed. In reality a country that steals others freedom, as the usa did to the late shahs iran by bringing and securing the IRI, for this reason can not possibly be the most generous country in the world. Its Machiavelian/Western deceit to the max, and very harmful.

That is why some are confused. Just because IRI has killed many political prisoners, that is no defense for criminals to kidnap, rape and rob and in the process cut and shoot people and be supported by super humanitarian who preach but don't practice. In fact, capital punishment in Iran is for two groups. One who has committed first degree murder and the other who are attorneys, writers, human right activists, etc. Keep in mind that there are many who have committed murder, but have gotten long sentences and life in prison. Of course some of these criminal activities fall on economical hardship and many are to blame. However, that is no excuse to commit violent crimes. This is my opinion and not of Quran.

I see your points.. but we have to consider the individual rights. Criminal or not .. Political or not , people should have the same rights when they are arrested. And, the punishment should not be death Now, how many percent even is first degree murder? ... not much .. at least not enough in terms of qualifying Iran to be on top of the execution chart ! Which, by the way, Iran IS ...
I, however, mentioned Quran cause these hypocrites in Iran are doing it in the name of God ...

ReportReality is that these are Irans Muslims and they have a history of being corrupted religious authorities, so what to do is the question. Its not good to start denying that all have various levels of expertize in the quran, they do and are practicing muslims. The solution becomes very easy for Iranians, but you first have to be an iranian with an iranian identity and understand what that means and then act for Irans benefit.

ReportArash... there is no death penalty / capital punishment in Quran unless someone commits first degree murder, BUT, EVEN THAT, can be dismissed should the victim's family decide to forgive!
