Question. If this child is old enough to wear a hijab to cover her "charms" and the Islamic age of consent is 9 then isn't Mahmoud Najesnejad a namahram to kiss her. The child is after all old enough to enter into sexual relations with (hence why she wears a hijab) Ahmadinejad should not be kissing her.
