I am shocked! I didn't know North Korea has higher institutions of learning and on top of it, it accepts foreign students.
This may be a good thing though. As we are sinking every day to a lower and lower standards , soon we will find our nation some where between Bangeladesh , North korea and sudan wraped into one, so the leaders of omatestan should really reflect that see of change.
You guys are not really expecting another Bakhtiar to come on the scene and talk about democracy, freedom, secularism and all that stuff,do you? That train left the station long time a go............
