Actually unlike Saudi Arabia , Syrian's women are not facing any forced Hijab or discriminations ... Assad regime is a secular government in that respect I think US aka AIPAC is seeking to establish another Saudi Arabia in Syria ! and that is all these fights for .... Israel already is illegally digging out OIL from the Golden Heights !
I am not sure why , perhaps God had sense of humor when he promised the only land in the middle east with no oil to his chosen people .. these poor people have left with no choice but to steal oil too !
