Human Rights Cartoon: Evin prisoners say: “Say Our Hello to the Blossoms and the Rain”

The prisoners(political and otherwise) in the horrific Evin Prison in Tehran, Iran say this line to those who are freed.

به شكوفه ها، به باران، برسان سلام ما را
