Everyone please relax, don’t panic!
I just received word that in spite of their age, tendency to over do it at the bar, and inability to produce any new music worth listening to (even with the help of the Cartios!), Dariush and Faramarz Aslani are apparently still alive and scheduled to perform in San Francisco at the Herbst theater on October 1st, 2011.
Although they appear to enjoy each others company, these days the former Iranian Pop stars are so old that they don’t know who the other one is.
Thankfully, neither one is allowed to drive.
Phew!
