Iranian Red Crescent Society medics visited 28 thousand pilgrims

TEHRAN — Medics from the Iranian Red Crescent Society visited more than 28 thousand Iranians during their pilgrimage to Iraq and Syria, an official from the Society has said.
Also 575 hygiene surveys of hotels and other residential places of Iranian pilgrims were performed in the holy cities of Iraq in July, Mozaffar Matinpoor, the director of public communications and international affairs of Hajj and pilgrimage office of the Iranian Red Crescent Society said on Tuesday, the Fars news agency reported.
Mozaffar went on to say that besides visiting 23 thousand and 9 hundred Iranian pilgrims in the holy cities of Iraq, 4 hundred and fifty hygiene surveys of hotels and other residential places of Iranian pilgrims were performed and 2 hundred and three health reports were written and delivered to the concerned authorities.
