The international community remains concerned about Iran’s nuclear program, especially considering that the country has ignored a number of sanctions put in place by the United Nations and United States. In the midst of all of the uncertainty, Iranian-American Scholar Abbas Milani sees a new generation rising up that will turn this troublesome tide.
