The glorious June victory of our beloved Ph.D. leader undermined the world wide conspiracy to erect and force feed the proud nation, the “Grand bargain/Grand surrender” proposal of Rafsanjani/Khatami gang, promising the Yaghobies to forgo the Nuclear R/D, cease Iran’s missile and space development, forgo the support for Lebanon and let loose the Syria and Philistine to face its onslaught. Upon the confirmation of the rejection of Rafsanjani/Khatami camp by the voters, the Yaghobi’s media and intelligencia went into plan B blitz. As usual and in cliché, declare a fraud and thereby cast an eclipse on the will of the public or nullify the election results outright.
As part of the Yaghobi’s scripted scenario, a few disturbances were artificially magnified to project a lack of legitimacy and an imminent collapse of the Iranian government. The objective is, at the minimum, to create a perception of desperation for the Ph.D. and irrelevance of its government to the good of the nation.
So far, the scenario has yielded results beyond the Yaghobi’s expectations as the so called “pragmatic Conservatives” (Rezaee & Larijani company) gang is now trying to seek a “National Reconciliation/National unity” compromise with the Rafsanjani/Khatami company under the banner of “saving the system”. Cries of Mr. Motehary and other Larijani’s lackeys in the parliament are music to Yaghobi’s ears.
Let us examine what this “National Reconciliation/National unity” compromise would indeed achieve. The “pragmatic Conservatives” will immediately bring in the Rafsanjani/Khatami gang as, if not the winners but at least as equal partners, into the formation of a new government. Off course as the price of this compromise, the Ph.D. and his government need to be sacked and neutralized. The “Grand bargain/Grand surrender” would be implemented with full force causing most of the Space/command, control, and R/D to vanish in a few years. The nuclear activities at best will revert back to a scenario of 1970’s (i.e. we become a client and at the mercy of the Germans/French which by-the-way still owe us the reactors and the fuel that Shah paid for).
This coercive back room dealing of the “pragmatic Conservatives” must be preempted and neutralized. The people chosen government of the Ph.D. is the sole elected decision organ in Iran and needs no back room compromises between “pragmatic Conservatives” and “pragmatic Moderates” to undermine its legitimacy.
