If in the world the pure Love dies, the life will be difficult for the people, the same Love that all prophets, philosophers wanted. The Love for humanity and the Love for the unity of mankind. We will , all of us will be successful if the Love exist, this Love, the pure Love, the Love that admires beauty and respect the human not to be cruel or indifferent and make the life beautiful for every body and not just for certain people. I do not know why we instead of cooperation and helping each other, we are indifferent and cruel to each other. We have to try to make the life easier for each other and not harder. Why we cannot see and consider the problems of other people and why we do not have sympathy for the people? We see just our problem and we are indifferent or even cruel with the difficulties the other people have. We do not care of other people problems and we do not try to make life nice and ideal for almost everybody.
In the hope that one day our youths go after good work and try to create and produce and the addiction and violence , having no activities and no work be dismissed from our life and everybody can have work and can study and our children will not perish and our flowers of our lives will not destroyed. The children without parent should be taken under the wings of nice people or nice just government and instead of killing them and be cruel to them, we help them to have good education and good work and be useful for the society.
We will teach them to love each other and respect every body and we train them not hate the other thinking and other living and culture. If most of us try to help the society and fight against hate and greed, and help the people to stand on their feet, if hope one day the indifferent and cruelty will be disappear for ever from our lives.
The wife of one of my best friend has died. He asked me to help him and take care of the study problems of his six children; as a teacher I have accepted this. I did not even imagine for this help that I am performing, I will get a lot of problems and by helping him, and he will destroy my own life. I could not even imagine and believe that he will reward all my help with cruelty and bad action. May be you think that is just an imagination story; no it is a real one and it happened and this type of action will destroy the goodness and love and force the people be more and more indifferent. In about twenty eight year ago a little bit after the so called revolution, Morteza came to me and asked me to help him. He cried very bitterly and said the revolution has destroyed his business; the people misused the situation and occupied his buildings in Bahjat Abad. His partners who were army generals have left Iran and he alone cannot manage the big organization. The Azar Company which is a construction company is half destroyed and half occupied by so called poor people. They do not pay any rent and damaging the buildings.
His wife had died as she had concern and his six young children are in his hands and he cannot manage to guide them alone. As his company does not make money and the people took the materials, so he cannot pay even the people who worked for him or for the company before. All his building which were for sell or rent is now occupied by people who do not want to pay and they are also destroying the building. He has no income and his children are hungry. Please, help me. My house needs to be repair and I do not have money to do it so my children are living in a house which can be damage any time.
As before he has asked me to help and teach his children, I went per week two or three times to his house and trained his six children. The children were nice friendly children and they learn with interest and fun. They did all the homework that I gave them and were in very good position. Morteza said, he will pay me the same salary that I charge other students. But now he has no money and as you see his house need to be repaired, as soon as he get some money he will pay me. Morteza was a man who runs a company so he knew a lot of people in the ministry of just and he was a man who could fight for his legal rights. He was from North of Iran and had a lot of Azeri friends in the system that was willing to help him. So with their help he could send the people who occupied his buildings out and get them back in his procession.
But the people who left the house have destroyed it with their specialties. They took even the sink and door with themselves and the building need a real repair and complete repair. Morteza asked me to get some money for him to repair his buildings. So he can rent and lease them again. He reaped the same thing many time and each time he cried very bitterly, that he has no help any more.
He said to me that you are working in the German Embassy School and you have a lot of friends there, the German earn a salary of 10 to 20 thousand marks per month. They can borrow some money to you and you will give me, and I will pay it in twenty days back. I need twenty day to repair this building. Ask them for 60,000 Mark, this money will be enough for me to repair the whole building and I can rent and lease it and will give the money back in 20 days only. I promise, the God knows that I will do this. I did this for him, and he gave me for the security of his receiving the money his company checks, passports of his children, documents of his houses and garden. I do not know that all of these documents were not so effective as if he should put one of his properties in my name. I thought for twenty days; it is OK. He did not give the money after twenty days, but not even after two years. And at the end he was tired of my patient and he said go and get the money through the Just system.
Any way he did not give back the money, and now he went every day to the different police station and claim against me and I have to go almost every day to a police station. He claimed against me what ever he wanted and as the system knows him and he had a lot of friend there and was a professional; his claims were considered very dearly and for this reason an army of judges and persecutors were after me. He claimed that I was espionage and spy of the embassies; I was connected with Israel as my mother was Bahai, and I just teach at the university to influence the innocent Moslem children and will change their religion to Christianity or Bahai. I was nice to him and gave him money just because I wanted to change his religion.
The ministry of Just send every day my papers from one place to other place , so in this way nobody reads them and decide and I just waste my time and energy. As I claim against him, those were ignored and send to other office, but when he claims the persecutors and judges tries very hard to find something against me. So I have to go every day or every other day to different courts in different part of the city and or go to different police station in different section of the city or in different counties. He wanted to show that he has power and influence in the Just system of Iran. As I went to the judges or persecutors, they said me I cannot read, I have no time, and I have no interest to listen to your claims. Or that is not my business. They were completely indifferent with me and they were very interested in Morteza letters and speaking.
I was totally engaged with the just system in Tehran and nobody has interest to listen to me. As one time I have asked a persecutor why he does not have any interest to read my claims, he said why I should waste my time and the phosphorus of my brain to read your claims. Morteza knows how he can misuse the Just system. I did not have any experience. So in this way he was considered there and I was ignored. And after a while a persecutor named Mr. Safari and the other one Mr. Games Khanate found excuses to send me to jail. I have check, letters from him that he owes me, I had his document that he gave me to support his loan, but none of them was important for them, only his oral claim was considered and he could send just by oral claims that he gave me loan and not me; I was very sorry for the just system. I got the checks that he should give money, but he said that I should give him money and this was accepted. Where in the world you have the checks from some one, but he says you should give him money, or you have check, but you owe him money. He wanted to prove that an army of persecutors and judge are in his hand and he can play with all of them against me. And he was right.
He sends also a letter to the university that I will change the religion of students from Islam to Bahai and the send me out of the university. Morteza was so happy to destroy me so easily and he answered and rewarded my help with this cruel activities. Also after seven years the Just system gave me the right, but you know that with the high inflation and with the problem in the system the interest was not considered and was against Islam at that time, he won in reality. With the inflation rate of 25 % after seven years they gave me my principal only.
I lost my capital, and he gained my capital. I thought if I was indifferent and could say at that time to him, I cannot help you and I will pray for you; I would not go in his trap. Now I lost my friend so called friend and my capital both. Sorrowfully in the whole system of just nobody has interest to know what has happened to me. And even in the time that somebody feels or understands what has happened to me, he would say that was your fault, you should not trusted him so much and nobody forced you to loan such a huge amount of money to give to him. A wise and clever person never borrows money to another person. With other words if I was indifferent and hard concerning Morteza Musavi Tirabadi problem, I was safe. Even Morteza told me one time; a clever man will never change the cash money with checks or other papers. As he sent everywhere that I worked papers and try to destroy my life, I could not work in Iran any more and I had no other choice to come to USA or other country to work.
But I was not the only one who has this type of problems, with the time I saw other friends of mine who had the similar problems. My other friend sent money to his sister to buy a house for him in America. After he has sent money and prepared the paperwork to come to USA, the husband of sister told him, do not come to our house, the house has been bought with his transferred money, if you come to our house, I will call the police. He should sleep on the street for a while until a church gave him cheap place to live.
As I was teacher in the American school in Tehran, so I could get after a while also a teaching position in the high school and later I could teach at the college. But the different was in Iran, if you teach well, you will be admired, but here you should make the students happy and their parents happy. Here you should play with students and do not take the materials seriously, and at the end everybody should get A. The good student A + and the bad one A-, so told me the assistant principal of a high school. The different between good students and bad student is just a minus and a plus, both of them should get A any how. So the school system, parents and students were happy with you. And if you start to give C, D and F, you will lose your job. I thought I should give good lesson, force and admire the student to learn and try to make the lesson interesting for them. But here the science is important and languages are not important. It is just fun to study foreign languages in the American School system. You are not allowed to train the students to learn very well the foreign languages, so for this reason the American generally do not know good the foreign languages.
But the American School in Tehran was different the American schools in USA. Here they do not respect the teachers and in Iran the students were from much better society than here. They brought culture from home, but here the parent did not respect teachers. What they want that their children get A. and the school system wanted that also, everybody regardless how good or bad he/she is should have A, so than the school is an A school and get extra money from government.
One day the assistant principal called me in his office, Mr Casanova, there a mother sits with her son, after I took a sit the mother starts to speak, yes this man asks every day the lessons from my son. He is forcing him to learn every day and listen to his lesson every day. As if my son cannot answer his questions he will be embarrassed from other students especially the girls in the classroom, so he had to listen and learn every day his teaching so that he has to be alert every hours and be prepared every minute as the teacher asks him frequently. My poor son has to be ready every day and have to learn every day. My son is coming to school to have fun and play and especially have fun with the girls, but this man forces him just to learn and learn. My son will have fun the whole day, but this man made the life hard for him by asking him every day.
I thought these childish arguments will not be considered by the assistant principal, as the teacher has the duty to teach the students and he /she is not hired as a teacher to prepare fun for the students and made them only play and be not serious about the teaching. But I was wrong, in America is different. Mr. Casanova yelled at me and said in a very loud voice to me why you are asking every day questions from her son? Why you are teasing her son by asking him every day? Let him be happy in the class and let him have fun with the girls as the mother wanted and he wanted. With the yelling at me by Mr. Casanova in front of the student and his mother, the situation changed actually in the favor of mother and son. They felt that they won the battle. And I lost. And after that the son and his mother laughed at me as I did a big mistake and they have corrected me. Even the mother said oh the poor teacher has lost his authority and have to listen to us what we wish he has to do. The poor man. The son told me; you see you cannot ask my lesson what every and when ever you want. If I want to answer so you can ask me question or read or explain.
Now he wanted to cheat in the exams and as I cut him and send him to the office, they did not do anything and he came back and did the same. The school system was in his side. I wanted to correct this boy who learn not to learn and by cheating wanted to have A and I was not allowed even to ask him questions about the lesson. I wanted that he gets A by his work and action and learning, but the parents wanted that he should get A without any trying. He should be happy and have fun and get A.
I continue and said to Mr. Casanova, if I let him to have fun in the classroom and I am not allowed to ask him questions, he will disturb the whole class and he will not let the other students to learn also. And in the time that he dose not know how can I give him an A. What is the different between him and the other students who learn and are serious about the material I teach? He said as I mentioned you can give him A- and to the good students A+. That is the solution. If all students get A we can get extra money from the government, if they do not get A, we lose this extra money. After that we left his office and again mother looked at me and said the poor teacher has lost the battle. The situation was for her like a battle and she feels that she won the battle. I said to him I am sorrier about you and your son. As I wanted him to know the matter and the lessons so he could get a real A, but now you are encouraging him not to learn and he will get an A any how. So he is allowed to sit in the class and have fun, cheat and get an A. You fixed for him this situation, that he does not have to learn, does not have to listen and he can do what ever he wants and he will get an A. So he can cheat and it is fine. Later in the society the police and judge will forgive him as I am forced to forgive him? The poor boy that is trained to cheat and not learn and get the A. later the judge will send him to jail for cheating and doing bad actions. You are training him to go to jail.
So the school system destroys the teacher right to ask and train the students to learn. And let the students have fun and not learn, later these students in front of judges their mother cannot ask the judges to forgive them for the bad actions they did and they will send to the jail. That is not fair for the poor children that they are trained in the school in a totally free way and they can do what ever they want and later they have to obey the law and they cannot do what ever they want. So they will be punished and will be sent to the jail. I think that is the fault of school system and not the poor students. They should be trained in the school to do the right things.
I asked another my girl student please brings for the next time your book with you so in this way you are not bothering your flow students by looking in their book and reading from their book. Next day the office of counselor asked me to go there; I saw the mother and the girl are sitting there, too. After sitting the mother said to the counselor that this teacher forces my daughter to bring her book with her every day that she is in his class. He is bothering my daughter by asking her to bring her book with herself. The Mrs. Counselor told me why you are asking the girl to bring her book and disturbing and bothering her with this question? She can look in other students’ book and read also from their book; it does not make any differences. Do not force her to bring her book with herself.
I realized that the counselor does not care if she learn or not they get money and they are paid to support the students and take the part of parents and make them happy, they do not care if the students are learning or not. The mother and daughter were happy and left the office and they thought I lost and they win, too. As by asking the girls to bring her book, I did a huge sin and ask my poor student such as a huge thing to bring the class book with her.
The American students have all possibilities to learn and they have nice books with nice pictures and extra material, videos, different recorders, learning aids, projectors and a lot of other good materials which is a dream for an Iranian student. But the teacher is not allowed to teach properly especially the teacher of foreign languages, they hired to have fun with the students and baby sits them. The children of the third world are so willing to learn and they do not have the possibilities, they have the possibilities, but the system does not care if they learn or not. I remember as I was student in high school, we have only in the seventh grad an English teacher and in the twelve grade full time English teacher in between we have some times teacher some time not. And only at the examination time a teacher came and exam us. Because the teacher who know English language could work in the private companies and they get a much better salary as to be teacher in the Iranian public school. So the students in the third world want to learn and they do not have the possibilities and here the have the possibilities and they are trained not to learn. What is the result, in both side the students are victims and are trained to be not very well educated. And that is what the system wanted.
I opened a school and the system encouraged me to have my own school and the bank gave me very easily loans, but after opening the school my taxes is doubled and tripled and the costs and taxes was more than my income. But I am still trying this boarding school running as I can help a lot of students.
