Bush wishes Muslims well on Feast of the Sacrifice

WASHINGTON (AFP) — US President George W. Bush on Monday wished Muslims around the world well as they celebrate the Muslim feast of Eid al-Adha, calling it an opportunity to reflect on religious freedom. “I send greetings to Muslims around the world celebrating Eid al-Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice,” Bush said in a statement. “Laura and I send our best wishes for a blessed holiday.”
